The Sales Sprint

We design your Sales Playbook.

We build a written "manual" describing, step by step, how your team sells. Without you.

The same way. From every rep. On every deal.

What you get: A step-by-step sales process, in one document your reps can execute.

What you see clearly: Who you target. What you promise. How you approach them. At what rhythm. How you know it's working.

The Playbook

SALESPLAYBOOK

The manual that describes, step by step, how your reps sell. Without you.

Accelerate GrowthStrategy. Sales Architecture. Execution.

From sales strategy · to a written playbook your team executes repeatably · Without you

The Problem

You're the best rep in your company. Big deals don't close without you. You hire reps and they can't "copy" you.

One cause: selling rests on instinct, experience and talent, not on a written system reps can follow repeatably.

And that costs you growth.

Failure mode · 01

It doesn't repeat.

Everyone sells, but each their own way. With their own experience. With their own intuition. Nothing is the same from deal to deal or rep to rep.

Failure mode · 02

It isn't measured.

No common way means no common measurement. You don't know what works or what to change.

Failure mode · 03

It doesn't copy.

A new rep joins and isn't trained on a system: they get three or four parallel ways, or build their own from scratch.

Failure mode · 04

It doesn't scale.

What depends on talent stops where talent stops. New people can't copy something you're born with. The company stays where today's team stays.

The manual missing between the Plan and the team's execution is the Sales Playbook.

Tier 01

Sales Plan

You know the market, what to sell, which motions are worth your reps' time.

Tier 02 · This is what's missing.

Sales Playbook

How a rep executes the sale: who they approach and how, what they say, and why the buyer listens, so the deal closes.

Tier 03

Outcome

Reps close big deals even without you. They know what to do and why, without asking you about every detail.

The tool that turns your sales plan into a written Sales Playbook is the Sales Sprint.

The Solution

Sales Sprint

One workshop. Ten exercises. A playbook that repeats.

What it does

Captures, step by step, the process a rep runs from first approach to a signed deal, in the shortest time.

What it isn't

Not a seminar. Not a sales script. Not a CRM & automations project. It's the written manual describing, step by step, what a rep does: who they approach, with what trigger, at what frequency, what they promise, how they communicate it, and how it's measured.

Who it's for

B2B founders who want to organize their sales. With the playbook we design, the team can execute the sale the same way every time, in a daily flow that repeats, gets measured, and improves.

How the Sprint works

Four decisions. That make selling a system.

01
Who buys
  • The ideal customer company
  • Who decides the purchase
  • Who influences them
  • When they're ready to listen
02
Why they buy
  • What hurts
  • What they've tried
  • What they expect from a solution
  • What they do about it today
03
How we sell
  • How we approach and how often
  • How the conversation opens, how the meeting runs
  • What we promise, at what price, with what discount policy
  • who we don't sell to
04
What we measure
  • The rep's KPIs
  • How often we measure
  • How we evaluate the rep and the playbook
  • How we improve

Four decisions. One table. You and your team. Decisions made together get executed, not patched and second-guessed.

With or without a Playbook

"By chance or with a system?"

Without a Playbook
With a Playbook
01Target customer
"Whoever shows up." We chase anything that moves.
A clear ICP. We know who we sell to. And who we don't.
02Language
We talk about us. Product, features, experience.
We listen to the customer's challenges. We talk about solutions.
03Why now
We wait for the customer to find us.
We read triggers. We strike at the right moment.
04Approach
Erratic. "Whenever we have time." "When it's needed."
Systematic. With rhythm and a script.
05Offer
A package. "Here's what we do."
A bridge. Step by step from the "before" to the "after."
06When we lose
"Who's to blame?" The deal is a failure.
"What did we learn?" The deal is information.
07Measurement
Revenue at the end. A rough forecast.
KPIs at every stage. A hypothesis that gets tested.

Without a playbook, selling is an art: it depends on the person.

With a playbook, selling is a system: it repeats and improves.

Having a sales strategy isn't enough.
You need to design exactly how your team will execute it.

How we work together

In three phases.

We guide you and your team to build your own Sales Playbook, agree on it, and put it into practice.

1

Sales Sprint

In focused working sessions we guide you and your team to make 4 decisions and agree on them: Who buys. Why they buy. How we sell. What we measure.

2

Playbook Design

We write it step by step: the promise to the customer, what exactly you sell and at what price and why, the full path from first touch to signature, who does what with clear roles and responsibilities, the CRM to serve that path, and the team's tools: what they say on calls, what emails they send, what decks they show, what pages they have on the website.

3

Training

We don't build a playbook for the drawer. Before we finish, your team is trained on how to apply it. Role plays, closing techniques, follow-up techniques, objection handling.

What you get

Three deliverables.

Deliverable 01

The Playbook

A written document. 4 chapters, 18 sections. Step-by-step instructions, from first approach to signed deal. Work your team has agreed on, ready to execute the next day.

Deliverable 02

Targets

Three or four numbers that show if the rep performs and the playbook works. Not "it went well" or "it went badly." Either the rep performs, or not. Either the market responded as we expected, or not. Cleanly.

Deliverable 03

An experiment

Your targets framed to be tested within the Sprint, against a set end date. With specific customers. With specific KPIs. With a deadline. Either validated, or disproved. Either way, you learn what holds. Early.

Who it's for

We design Sales Playbooks for founders of B2B companies.

  • 01

    You're a founder in a B2B company with a sales team.

  • 02

You feel selling depends on the rep's talent, which neither repeats nor copies.

  • 03

You feel deals don't move without you, and you want sales to happen without you.

What changes

What founders say after working with us.

Everyone does the same thing the same way.

A new rep joins a system, not chaos.

I know why we lost certain deals, not just how many.

We have targets. We test. We learn. The next playbook builds on what we learned.

I'm no longer the only one closing big deals.

Every deal leaves data, not just stories.
